Once all the necessary preparations are completed, it'll feel sort of home-y, I think. I'll miss my hostel, though- when I left, one of the staff members asked why Meissa and I were abandoning them and made us promise to visit from time to time. Of course we will; it was a really lovely place to be and the food and drinks in the café are well-priced and of excellent quality.
I had another lesson in patience today when I spent several hours in the immigration office applying for an identification card.
I'm beginning to feel more and more comfortable navigating my little area of the city and using the Transmilenio system.
